About the Role
The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in high volume catering and B2B Food manufacturing. You will run a manufacturing/Catering/B2B Bakery/Pastry facility in Manesar by consistently looking to improve processes, producing quality food, and working closely with clients and customers on their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage Kitchen Operations
- Plan and coordinate production
- Ensure compliance and maintain quality standards
- Work within budgets and ensure profitability
- Manpower and workforce management
- Train and mentor junior personnel
Requirements
Qualifications
Graduate degree in Culinary Arts
Min 12+ years of kitchen experience
Western & Indian background
Experience in flight kitchens, ships, high volume banquets
Experience in B2B manufacturing
Good knowledge of FSSAI /HACCP guidelines
Computer literate-MS Word/Excel
Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
